Complaints Handling Experience
Case Mangement Experience
Worked in an NHS Trust for 2 or more years
work on existing complaints to review information provided by clinical divisions and use this information to draft a written response to the complaint.
Analyse complaint, identifying issues, themes and concerns.
Review information already provided by division, making sure that it has been addressed and identify learning/improvements where possible.
This role is a temp 6-month contract with the ability to go Perm at the end.
The salary for this role is £25.48 an hour.
You have the choice whether to be paid PAYE or Umbrella.
You will be reporting to the Complaints team.
