Working hours: Monday-Friday 9:30AM-6:30PM
About the Role
You'll be working within our rapid growth UK "Grocery and Retail" team, which manages all things grocery and convenience on our platform. You'll be working in the Grocery Account Management Team, supporting in growing the performance of key convenience partners. It's a fast-paced and collaborative environment, where at any one time there are multiple live projects and growth streams to get stuck into.
Your role will involve continuous collaboration with the account management team. Your critical thinking skills will be crucial for providing recommendations and helping internal and external stakeholders make informed business decisions. You will be responsible for supporting our external partners in their day to day operations and navigate them to optimization across operations.

Translate data insights and confidently present these to partners, internally & externally
Build long-term relationships with the partners and deliver exceptional customer service experiences
Expertise in prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently to manage and prioritize multiple accounts and projects simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met and processes are followed efficiently.
Keen understanding of the importance of process in achieving scalability and efficiency. Experience in designing, implementing, or optimizing processes to improve account management operations.
