Position: Senior Customer Care Advisor
Location: Ringwood
Salary: Up to £28k
Hours: Full-Time Hybrid / Monday to Friday
Availability: Immediate starts available for the right candidates.
Position Summary:
We are actively recruiting for two experienced Customer Care Advisors to proactively manage a customer base by building long term relationships, provide effective resolution of day-to-day issues and enhance the reputation of the Company by providing great Customer Service.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Serve as a principal point of contact for the customer, proactively maintaining regular and structured contact with the assigned accounts.
- Liaise with Customers and Internal Departments to ensure accurate and timely customer onboarding in line with SLA’s.
- Respond to customer inquiries with high degree of professionalism and within set standards by phone and email.
- Process customer cancellations, claims and requests for returns, coordinates the return and replacement (reordering) of material where necessary, and issuing of credit memos.
- Link customers with the relevant internal departments.
- Oversee correct process of customer ordering, communicate any changes both to customer and to internal departments.
- Process special requests for customers as required (proforma invoices, reports, etc.)
- Work in partnership with the external sales force to ensure all existing and new customers receive a consistent high level of service.
- Document, analyse and deliver statistical data as required by the customer to track work progress and achievement.
- Organise, prepare and attend regular review meetings with the customer, in conjunction with senior management.
- Review monthly with the external sales representative, to share information on potential growth and identify actions required to take the business forward.
Applicants must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer services and/or sales department with account management experience, excellent written, verbal and numerical communication skills, a proven record of building and maintaining customer relationships, excellent researching and problem solving skills, including the ability to analyze, compare, evaluate, reconcile and order data, strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to professionally interact with a diverse blend of personalities to reach resolutions and maintain strong relationships.
