Job description

I am currently recruiting for an interim Building Surveyor/Aids and Adaptations Surveyor for a Client in Cambridgeshire.

The role:

• Carry out Adaptation Surveys on the housing stock in an autonomous way.
• Schedule and manage the works, performing pre and post inspections.
• Work alongside OT's and the team leader to provide a quality service for residents.

What you'll need:

• Experience in completing Disabled Adaptation projects from cradle to grave
• Proficient in AutoCAD
• Experience scheduling works and writing specifications

Details:

• 9 month contract
• Rate dependent on experience
• Hybrid working and Mileage offered
