As the Chef, you will be * Working as part of a small team * Preparing tacos and salsas from scratch * Managing prep and cooking food to order Opening hours are Monday to Sunday, 11:30 - 00:30 Working hours are 5/7, 45 hours per week Our ideal candidate would be * A strong Chef with a stable work history * Experienced within a busy professional kitchen * Genuinely passionate about food and ingredients * Keen to learn Mexican food and flavours * A good communicator with strong organizational skills * Flexible and willing with a positive manner Interested?
