A prestigious legal firm is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their Court of Protection team. Reporting to the Team Manager, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in handling professional deputyship/trusteeship and Court of Protection matters.

In this role, the incumbent will assist in various aspects of Professional Deputyship, from application processes to the administration of Deputyships. They will manage a diverse caseload encompassing both professional and lay deputyship clients, ensuring comprehensive and effective legal support.

The responsibilities include:
The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in the conduct of deputyship files, demonstrating a proven track record of meeting deadlines with minimal supervision. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, coupled with the ability to empathize with clients. The successful candidate will exhibit a "can do" attitude, proactive work approach, and possess strong organizational skills. The role involves managing various aspects of the caseload, making decisions requiring judgment, and collaborating on team projects.
