About the opportunity:
We are working as the internal recruitment partner with a well-established family run business based in Norwich.
Due to continued growth, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join the well-established and supportive team.
The successful Customer Service Advisor will enjoy providing an excellent service to existing customers, making outbound calls, dealing with customer queries regarding orders and products.
You will be reporting to the Telesales Manager working as part of a small, dedicated, and hard-working team. No cold calling involved; however, you must ensure all opportunities to up sell, and cross sell are maximised.
If you have excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn this could be an exciting NEW opportunity for you.
