What does a typical day look like?
This is an exciting entry opportunity for an enthusiastic marketing assistant. Working within a small, dynamic and dedicated team, you will support the practice manager and CEO across multiple aspects of marketing, including planning, execution of demand generation and optimisation through email, print, social media, content marketing, CRM management, lead generation ads, new client bookings, promotion and business development.
You will be working to create marketing assets to follow up on inquiries for new businesses coming to the practice to schedule health appointments, check in with our existing client base, send out information packages and assist in maintaining the integrity of the company's database.
You will be the first point of contact for many of our clients, so the right candidate must be professional, enthusiastic and happy to help them start their journey to better health.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Make data-informed decisions through accurate reporting, analysis and optimisation.
- Create and run paid social media and Google ads to generate hot leads and new clients.
- Event planning and management for prospective clients
- Graphics design and collaboration with the rest of the team.
- Sourcing, organising presenting materials for internal marketing campaigns
- Copywriting SEO content writing
- Creation and optimisation of Landing/Sales pages, sales funnels and lead magnets
- Email marketing and print Marketing: Newsletter, Letter and PR campaign backlinks.
- Manage and update the website
- Grow strategic Partnerships/Ambassadors
- CRM Management.
- Capturing, documenting, organising and improving marketing processes.
What will You Bring?
- Able to commute and work in Poole at our head office (must)
- Have at least 1+ year of experience in a marketing role (must)
- A Marketing degree, CIM Qualification or business qualification Level 4 or above.
- Knowledge of Google Ads and Facebook Ads to produce leads and new clients.
- Working knowledge of sm, WordPress, CRM Hubspot, and Google Suite.
- Base knowledge of marketing foundation and understanding across the whole T-shaped marketer framework
- Lover of data (highly analytical)
- Wordsmith and creative copywriting
- Spot current trends and listen to customers with Love and empathy.
- Execute tactics with precision
