The purpose of the Performance Marketing Manager, Rest of World ROW) role is to boost the performance of acquisition marketing, own and lead to maximise profitable commercial growth and brand visibility across ROW markets. Day to day ownership of paid media spend, digital channel mix, caign execution and constant testing.
How you'll help us make health happen:
- Create and oversee acquisition caigns across a spectrum of digital channels with the dual purpose of driving revenue and maximising return on ad spend. Media channels include a mix of search engine marketing (SEM), display advertising and social.
- Effective budget management to build media forecast, allocate funds optimally, deliver best results without overspending and maintain a balanced investment-to-return ratio.
- Lead, motivate and develop marketing executives to create strong working relationships within the team. Bring about a positive environment that promotes the achievement of functional goals and the business KPIs.
- Continuous analysis and optimisation of caign performance through data-driven insights and custom-built attribution model with a focus on maximising return on investment (ROI).
- Identifying and resolving marketing performance issues; performing root cause analysis with the aid of analytical tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google Adwords and HubSpot.
- Responsible for developing reporting and visualisation dashboards that simplify complex analyses. These dashboards cover a range of aspects, including marketing planning, budgeting, ROAS analysis, and various key performance indicators (KPIs). Convey insights and findings to the senior management on a regular basis.
- Observe and track emerging metrics for performance management and optimisation to fine tune strategies and caigns. The core objective of the role revolves around delivering commercial targets, accuracy on media spend forecasting, measurable improvements in ROAS and reducing the cost per acquisition (CPA) across all markets.
- Tailor global messaging and creative assets for all markets across Rest of World. Understand Bupa Global and partner brand guidelines and own all financial promotions (banners, web pages etc) for annual regulatory review.
- Ensure marketing and sales activities are connected, workflows are set up and caign strategy is personalised through content creation, personas and brand experience.
- Work closely with wider marketing and digital teams, external media and creative agencies and sales and compliance stakeholders, fostering an environment where strategies are tested, and innovative ideas are brought to life. Lead agency deliverables including budget management, pixel management, goal set ups, naming convention, keyword research and more.
Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:
- Experienced marketeer in a corporate or agency environment, using multiple channels, online and offline.
- Proficiency in paid advertising and performance marketing with hands-on exposure of search, display, pay-per-click, social and other online media channels.
- Advanced digital analytical skills including Adobe Analytics and Google Adwords
- Advanced CRM skills of HubSpot and/or Salesforce.
- A deep understanding search engine optimisation (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM).
- Ability to analyse data from advertising caigns to ensure conversion rate optimisations and returns on investment.
- Excellent written and communication skills in English with the ability to present at executive leadership level and inspire a team.
- Experience of managing a copy clearance process in a regulated industry; specific experience in healthcare, or insurance will be highly advantageous.
- Experience in managing agencies for media strategy, planning and buying.
- Experience of leading others; creating a positive team culture in a hybrid team.
- Advanced PC skills, including Acrobat, Excel, Word and PowerPoint is essential.
- Knowledge of French, Cantonese or Arabic will be an advantage.
- Strong collaboration skills working seamlessly with diverse teams globally.
- Knowledge of International Private Medical Insurance is advantageous.
