Job description
Chichester College Group received a fifth consecutive Ofsted ‘outstanding’ inspection grade for their residential provision in 2022, and now you could be part of the amazing team who helped achieve this.As our Halls of Residence Supervisor, you will be a focal point for the Residents of Westgate Halls in relation to their welfare, supervision and security. Our Westgate Halls offers superb self-catering or full board student accommodation for 160 residents. All rooms are single and en-suite with some having been specifically designed to meet the needs of disabled students. As our Halls of Residence Supervisor, you will also engage and supervise the students with a range of enrichment activities provided by the College in particular of an evening and weekend, undertake administrative and housekeeping duties, and help maintain the site.

The Halls of Residence Supervisor role combines supervisory, welfare and administrative duties and is subject to the ANUK Code of Standards. You will have proven interpersonal and communication skills and experience of working in a welfare-related role.
