Junior HR Business Partner
Field-Based (Eastern England), 2-3 days of travel
each week

Following
an internal promotion, Haven are looking for a Junior HR Business Partner
(People Partner) to partner with the leadership teams on our Parks across
Norfolk, Essex, Kent and Sussex.
As a partner to the Park leadership teams you will coach, advise and guide leaders on all aspects of
the team member lifecycle while role modelling our values, bringing our culture
to life, delivering a great team member experience and upskilling leaders in
their roles so they can excel. You will
work collaboratively with all key functions: Resourcing, L&D, Talent and
Payroll teams to ensure that processes are fit for purpose and executed
brilliantly while remaining compliant.
Your Opportunity: To learn, develop and become an expert in a key area of the business by:
- Leading on the localised People Plan for your Parks, ensuring alignment with business priorities
- Driving talent management and succession planning to shape a thriving and resilient team
- Leading on strategic projects, prioritising those aligning with business needs
- Playing a pivotal role in shaping the team experience and ensuring that our wonderful culture is brought to life
- Strategic partnering the senior teams on Park
What we’d like you to bring: - Experience of high-volume ER in a fast-paced industry such as hospitality or retail
- Proven experience in an HR role, ready to step into a business partnering role
- Excellent influencing skills and coaching skills, used to manage the change agenda
- High emotional intelligence
- Confidence in interpreting MI, using the tech tools and Microsoft packages.
- Flexibility to travel among the parks in the region and to head office as required
