Job description
Landmarc have a new and exciting opportunity for Health and Safety Coordinator which is designed to provide dedicated support and coordination, which will contribute to the overall effectiveness of the Health and Safety Team.
This exciting role will be based at Westdown Camp in Wiltshire, conveniently situated off the A303.

Main ResponsibilitiesThe support and coordination provided to the Health and Safety Team, and its stakeholders, will enable the organisation to create a safer workplace, improve compliance, and realise our long-term commitment to improving our Health and Safety Culture.
The Health and Safety Coordinator will be responsible for implementing administrative projects, systems, procedures, and policies. Along with maintaining administrative workflow by studying processes, implementing efficiencies and, developing reporting procedures.
Create monthly reports for internal and external stakeholders
Manage the process for DIO Safety Alerts
Facilitate the Health and Safety Audit Plan
Upload action and findings from internal and external audits, accident/incident investigations
Manage, track and chase the closeout of
Manage and update health and safety information and data i.e. accident stats and produce dashboards graphs and information to support continual improvement
Monitor and manage the usage of the Lone Working system
Manage the company COSHH Management System (sypol)
Coordinate internal training and meetings for the health and safety team
Provide assistance with the management of external memberships and certifications, including ISO 45001.
Any other reasonable task to support the Health and Safety Team
The Ideal CandidateStrong organisational skills and use to working with multiple stakeholders
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Good interpersonal skills and an ability to work within a team
Experience with technology and software, including Microsoft Office and SharePoint
Be able to prioritise workload and have problem-solving skills
Attention to detail
Customer service skills
