About The Role
At OCS, our cleaners play an important part in providing safe, clean environments in which our customers can thrive in their workspaces.
You will be working on a rotational shift pattern, on a permanent full-time basis, 04:00 to 13:00 to 40 hours per week.
Alternative shift patterns might be considered.
You'll also:
- Make sure that areas are always cleaned to the highest standards.
- Always work safely.
- Make sure equipment is cleaned, maintained, and stored correctly.
- You will be carrying out a range of cleaning activities including mopping, sweeping, dusting, emptying bins and cleaning washrooms.
- Carry out all Planned preventative works and report to Contracts Manager
- Specialist windows/façades cleaning, high level cleaning out-of-hours & matts across the scheme, may need to work out of hours due to demands of role and guests.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Good attention to detail
- To be reliable and responsible with a flexible approach to work
- Driving licence - Essential
- IPAF - 3a + 3b + 1b Operator - not essential
- PASMA - USER Qualified, Tower Category - not essential
