Job description

Our Live-in Care Assistant team do exceptional work day in day out for our amazing clients who live at home with the support of a Care Assistant. Our Live-In Care Assistants role is to enable the person to enjoy independence from the comfort of their own home to avoid the need to move into a residential homes.

Whilst this is an extremely rewarding role we understand how challenging it can be to work in a remote part of a community, so we ensure that you build relationships and receive daily support and advice from your managers. The team provides regular face-to-face meetings and supervisions to ensure the live-in care you deliver is the very best it can be. Your wellbeing is a priority for us and our regular meetings and reviews will help support you to feel happy in your role. We also ensure our professional CareGivers meet up with each other through on-going training sessions, so a sense of team and community is established and maintained.

What do we require?

• Eligibility to work in the UK
• A passion to make a positive difference to others lives
• Availability to be in placement for a minimum of 4 weeks for full-time placements
• Availability to work a minimum of a 1 week placement per month for bank placements

In return, we provide our Live-In Care Assistants;

• Great rates of pay from £700 per week + an end of probation bonus of £300 after 3 months of active work + double pay on Christmas Day
