Hourly Rate - £30/hour

About the Role:
As a communications manager, you will collaborate closely with the UK Head of Communications and key stakeholders at our Broughton site. Your primary focus will be to craft and deliver impactful communications strategies, messages, and content. You will play a pivotal role in engaging the media, local stakeholders, and igniting employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Execute Site-Specific Communication Strategies: You will create and implement a tailored communication plan specifically designed for our Broughton site, ensuring alignment with broader company goals.
Forge Strong Business Relationships: Build and nurture relationships with key business leads to maximize site visibility and capitalize on various opportunities and activities.
Content Creation and Messaging: Generate compelling key messages, written briefs, and develop supporting content such as photography and videos. These assets will be deployed across internal, external, and social communication channels.
Facilitate Onsite Engagement: Organize and oversee onsite events and engagement activities. Foster relationships with the local community and neighbours of the site to maintain positive interactions.
Monitoring and Evaluation: Track and evaluate the impact of key activities and projects, adjusting strategies as needed for optimal outcomes.
Requirements:
External and internal communications
Manufacturing or industrial background would be ideal.
Corporate experience is essential, or a large business at minimum - background experience from a small company wouldn't work.
Main duties will be engaging with the business to write briefs, ideas and create content plans, then handover to the delivery team who will write the communications.
