Maths Teacher
Newcastle
Permanent, Full-time
ASAP or September
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Maths Teacher to join our school in Newcastle. The successful candidate will have experience teaching KS3-KS5 students and will be able to deliver engaging and challenging lessons to help students achieve their full potential.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver high-quality lessons to KS3-KS5 students
- Monitor and assess student progress
- Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the needs of a diverse group of students
- Provide guidance and support to students to help them achieve their academic goals
- Participate in extracurricular activities and school events
Requirements:
- Bachelor\'s degree in Maths or related field
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching Maths to KS3-KS5 students
- Strong subject knowledge and understanding of the UK curriculum
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Desirable:
- Experience teaching A-Level Maths
- Experience working in a similar role in a UK school
