In this role, you will be responsible for financial planning and analysis, providing insights and recommendations to drive business performance and support strategic decision-making. Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

- Provide insight to Finance Leadership to support the creation of the overall business plans
- Build good working relationships with Business Partners, providing insightful analysis that drive their vertical’s profitable growth
- Working with the Business Partners to develop the annual business plans, budgets and cash flow projections and finalizing the outputs
- Gather data and other inputs from appropriate sources for the budgets and forecasts and upload the data and carry out control checks
- Conduct analysis, provide insight and commentary by working closely with Business Partners and the Management Accounts teams
- Integration and maintenance of Business Intelligence Tools and Dashboard reports via standard ways of working throughout the group
- Contribute to process excellence by identifying improvement opportunities to make the process leaner and effective
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Part qualified or finalist CIMA or ACA
- At least 2 years experience in a FP&A or Business Partnering role
- Knowledge of HFM, Salesforce and IFS highly desired but not necessary
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Excellent business analysis skills and proficiency with analytical tools
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
