Our client, a Garden Design, Landscaping Company located in Essex and Kent are seeking a Landscape Supervisor to join their growing team. Our client's skilled team use only the very best plants and materials to ensure a professional, stunning appearance to their work.

Our client transforms gardens from bare patches of earth to pristine lawns, bespoke shrubs, ornate trees and much more. They work on a range of Gardens and some commercial spaces delivering excellent projects to a high standard. Their services include but are not limited to Garden Design, Decking, Block Paving & Patio laying, Water Features & Fountains and Artificial Plants.

The successful individual will have experience working on similar projects and services. You will hold a CSCS card, SSSTS as well as a full driving licence.

Landscape Supervisor Position Overview

• You will be required to work in a team of Soft and hard landscaping
• Supervising small landscaping team
• Following design plans and installing gardens covering soft landscaping
• Provide a wide range of landscaping services to commercial clients including major House Builders throughout Essex, Kent, and the Southeast.
• Due to our continued growth and success, we are looking to recruit conscientious, enthusiastic, and reliable supervisors and labourers.
• The job involves travel, working outside all year round and in all weathers.
• This position would suit an individual with team spirit, hardworking ethic and a 'Can do' attitude.
• You should show flexibility to undertake appropriate training to meet the requirements of the client and fulfil Health and Safety obligations
• There will manual lifting, digging and paving involved
• Must be able to work under own initiative and hardworking

Landscape Supervisor Position Requirements

• Experience working in a Landscape supervising position previously
• A minimum of NVQ Level 2 in Amenity landscape and Horticulture
• Practical experience and good knowledge of soft landscaping.
• CSCS card and SSSTS
• Full Driver's License
• PA1/PA6 preferable but not essential

Landscape Supervisor Position Remuneration

• Competitive salary (D.O.E) £27k -£32k
• Holiday allowance
• Pension
