Job description

People’s Partnership have an exciting opportunity to join our growing team as a Senior Marketing Executive to work withing the product team.

This role is a hybrid opportunity with the successful candidate working both at home and in the office.Main Purpose:To manage the day-to-day product marketing activities to support the delivery of the product marketing strategy and roadmap.

Support the development of innovative and impactful go-to-market plans and deliver agreed activities that achieve commercial objectives and generate value for and from customers.

Implement, optimise, and coordinate omnichannel marketing with internal and external stakeholders for the three core audiences – employers, advisers, and members. With focus on delivering commercial objectives agreed as per business plan.

Contribute to a marketing centre of excellence with a strong understanding of and focus on digital culture and capability.Skills & Experience:Essential

• Solid experience of product marketing planning and go-to-market strategies.

• Experience of working with record management, report writing, marketing planning

• Good knowledge of marketing theory and practice

• Knowledge of B2B or B2C marketing

• Recent experience of working on creative and impactful customer marketing

• Experience of using customer insight and marketing analytics

• Experience of working in a project environment

• Passion for the brand and its products

Desirable

• Knowledge of UK financial services market and products

• Experience of marketing in a regulated environment

• Experience of working in a matrixed team

• Experience of coaching or mentoring colleagues

• Understanding of demand generation methodologies

• Digital and data native familiar with a wide range of information technologies
