Estate Agent Valuer / Lister
• This recently established and ethical Estate Agency working in conjunction with the local authority is looking to further increase its portfolio and share of the market. They are looking to actively grow the business through listings and achieve challenging targets of the company through quality and performance.
• Are you currently working in Lettings as a Lister / Valuer or Manager and are seeking a salary instead of commission- based pay?
• Are you a proven, successful Lister/ Valuer/ Manager who is competent in the valuation and listing of residential properties.
• Are you tenacious and confident in sourcing and converting new business leads?
• We are looking for a multi skilled Estate Agent with experience in the private sector, with strong listing and closing skills.
The successful candidate will have the necessary attributes to win and close Residential Property Valuations and Listings in the borough. They should have a proven track record in Estate Agency and must genuinely enjoy dealing with people in a business context and be passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
You will need drive and determination to succeed in winning business and creating opportunity.
