What you will do in your working day

We’re looking for enthusiastic, willing-to-learn people to join our team. This is a full-time office-based role. You’ll play a central role when it comes to supporting our customers and the existing sales Team.

The first 8 weeks of your employment will consist of a comprehensive onboarding programme with full product training, alongside 1-2-1 coaching, call listening sessions, role play and team integration.

You will have a target and we will fully support you to achieve your goals.

You will be following a proven script, with the opportunity to add your personality and character. The customers will be interested in ordering natural health products for conditions, such as joint problems associated with arthritis.

Your primary role is to engage and empathise with the customer and sell products suitable to their needs, and duties will include:

• Taking inbound telephone calls 
• Making outbound telephone calls
• Using a script to encourage customers to purchase products
• Providing an excellent service 
• Taking orders
• Recommending products

This role could develop into an outbound account management position where you will call and look after your customer through the lifetime of their natural health treatment plan. 

Bring your enthusiasm and we’ll give you full training before you take a single call. Strong teamwork is built into the way we do things so, you’ll have lots of support and a comprehensive ongoing development programme.  

We’re looking for people who:

• Are passionate about doing the right thing for our customers
• Have good IT skills
• Have good attention to detail and accuracy
• Are confident on the phone and able to build rapport with customers
• Are committed and willing to learn how you’d make a difference within this role
• You must be competent in speaking very clearly
• Using the correct terminology and proper English (no slang)
• Speaking fluent English
• Be able to have a good conversation
• Be able to follow a script

The training you will be getting

You will work towards a Level 2 Customer Service qualification, which will also include two sales units: 

• An introduction to proposing and presenting solutions
• An introduction to negotiating and closing sales

This role is a blend of face-to-face learning and 20% off-the-job training.
