Job Description:
My client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lettings Manager to join their team. As a Lettings Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire lettings process, managing a portfolio of properties, and ensuring excellent customer service to both landlords and tenants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of residential properties
- Conduct property valuations and set rental prices
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Coordinate property viewings and handle negotiations
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Oversee the preparation of tenancy agreements and other legal documents
- Handle and resolve tenant and landlord queries or issues
- Monitor and enforce property maintenance standards
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities
Requirements:
- Proven experience in lettings management
- Strong knowledge of property laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Organized with strong attention to detail
- Problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations
- Proficient in relevant software and tools
