Are you interested in an exciting new post within CHCP? If so come join us as an activity coordinator at our newly acquired unit Holy Name, where you will work with patients and permanent residents, we have a dedicated dementia unit, a residential unit, nursing unit and reablement unit your duties will include interacting with patients and residents, organising activities and day trips the post is to be worked Monday-Friday with the occasional weekend, the hours of work are between 7am and 7pm.
