What you'll be doing; - Learn about operations on water, waste and energy service contracts. - Hands-on experience operating and maintaining the equipment, which covers, steam/hot water boilers, CHP, heat pumps, DHS, recycling/disposal of hazardous and commercial waste, sewerage and clean water treatment, and industrial effluent treatment with water recovery. - Exposure and experience delivering projects and continuous improvement. - The aim is to develop you from a Graduate into an operations Contract Manager to lead operational personnel and resolve technical issues. What we're looking for; - Degree-level qualification in engineering, ideally mechanical or electrical engineering (to be achieved by September 2024)- Good communication and interpersonal skills - A can-do attitude and someone who enjoys working as a part of the wider team - Willingness to learn and develop - Confident with Google and/or Microsoft products - Good problem-solving skills What's next?
