Job description
Work as a Children’s Home Manager for a childcare company who offer one of the best environments for children with EBD. Flexible working hours and a great package await for a Children’s Home Manager with experience in this field who will satisfy Regulation 28.

Children’s Home Manager Requirements: - Children’s Residential experience
- NVQ L5 (minimum to be working towards)
- Experience supervising a team in this setting as a Deputy or Senior
- Commissioning experience preferred
As Children’s Home Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day running of a 3 bedded EBD service within a company that has experience of Good and Outstanding Ofsted reports in a brand-new Home that gives great therapeutic care.
You will alongside the SMT to provide high end care and give a great quality of life for disadvantaged children who have emotional behavioural difficulties, all this whilst working in a family run company who do their best to get the best for these children.
