Overview
A successful and hugely expanding organisation is looking to appoint an experienced Recruitment Business Partner to manage the current and future hiring plans of this innovative business.
Our client has established themselves as a market leader in their field with ambitious growth plans both in the UK and globally. Reporting to the HR Lead, the role will be responsible for managing all aspects of the recruitment process to attract and recruit top talent into the business whilst delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
Job Description
Main responsibilities include:
- Act as the main point of contact for all recruitment related activities.
- Support Managers and Key Stakeholders in the delivery of all recruitment activities across the recruitment lifecycle including writing job descriptions and adverts, interviewing and offer management.
- Screen candidates to assist in the shortlisting process.
- Manage and control all recruitment processes, data and documents.
- Devise, implement and monitor recruitment planning and processes in line with best practice guidance.
- Use innovative recruitment techniques in addition to web-based advertising including LinkedIn and job websites.
- Manage recruitment activity to build a pipeline of candidates relevant to business needs.
- Support the HR Lead in the development of a suite of recruitment methods to increase employer branding and awareness across different geographical areas.
Person Specification
The successful candidate will:
- Have proven in-house or recruitment consultancy experience gained from within a commercial environment.
- Be a self-starter who can effectively manage own workload in line with business needs.
- Be passionate about delivering an excellent candidate experience.
- Ideally have a track record of recruiting technical and hard to fill vacancies.
The role offers remote working although candidates must be based in the North East.
