Area Lead Fire & Security Supervisor - Dorset
Zitko are delighted to be working with one of the UK's largest privately-owned security company, with 25+ years of experience, they are now looking to grow their team even more!
We are seeking an Area Supervisor to oversee maintenance and servicing of Fire & Security Systems in Dorset, Covering Torquay & Weymouth. You will ensure quality service and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance and fault finding on various systems.
- Maintain a positive company image and update service records.
- Supervise a team, ensuring health & safety compliance.
- Collaborate with clients for system improvements.
- Offer technical support and guide issue resolution.
Essential
- 5 years of relevant experience.
- Previous supervisory experience would be preferred.
- Knowledge in multiple areas: Warden call, Fire Alarm, CCTV, Access Control, Door Entry Systems.
- Experience with system manufacturers.
- Full driving license.
Security clearance ability
- FIA Units 1, 4 & 5.
- Industry-recognized qualifications.
- Strong maintenance and service skills.
- Excellent time management and mentorship ability.
