Join Our clients Team as a Financial Controller/ Finance Reporting Manager!
Are you a seasoned finance professional with a passion for accuracy and compliance? We're looking for a dynamic Financial Controller/Finance Reporting Manager to join the team and take charge of financial analysis, reporting, and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure accurate monthly reporting to Group in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Provide top-notch management information to support strategic decision-making.
Collaborate with the Finance Shared Service Centre for efficient accounting processes and robust financial controls. Drive improvements in finance and accounting processes for enhanced reliability and accuracy of information.
Handle revenue recognition, tax, pension, and other accounting queries and issues.
Work closely with internal and external audit teams to facilitate efficient audits.
What You Need to Succeed:
Fully qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA.
Experience in monthly group reporting, preferably in US GAAP.
Excellent numerical reasoning and analytical skills with a drive for success.
Ideally, have previous experience working with ERP systems.
