Job Title: Interim Service Manager
Salary: £350 - £375 per day
Location: Hertfordshire
3-month contract with possibility to extend to permanent.
Gilbert Meher are delighted to be working with a leading providers of care and support for people with Learning Disabilities and Complex Needs, who are recruiting for an Interim Service Manager for one of their Supported Living services based in Hertfordshire.
To be considered for this great opportunity, the ideal Home Manager will have the following skills and experience as outlined below.
- Experience as a Registered Manager.
- 3+ years’ experience with service users with Learning difficulties, complex needs and challenging behaviours.
- Possess strong leadership and management qualities
- Communicate professionally with visitors including family and friends.
- Outstanding understanding of CQC compliance.
In addition, it is highly beneficial, that you can demonstrate the below.
- Excellent time management, delegation and organisational skills executed effectively under
- Exceptional listening skills, with compassion and empathy
- Act as a positive role model to inspire all colleagues to provide the best care.
- Able to identify opportunities to build and maintain relationships within the community.
