CRM Solution Architect
Salary: £85,000 per annum
An exciting opportunity has just become available for a solution architect to work for a key player in the education sector based in central London. The Solution Architect (SA) will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, deploying, and fostering adoption of their CRM solution. They will ensure alignment with the business and technical needs, both present and future. This individual will translate high-level solution architecture into actionable steps and oversee technical delivery workstreams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse business needs and challenges, proposing cost-effective technology solutions.
- Collaborate with the Digital Solutions leadership team to design and deliver Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions aligned with business strategies.
- Produce and maintain High-level Design and Low-level Design Documents.
- Lead user demos to validate proposed solutions and translate requirements into deliverable tasks.
- Supervise solution development, providing technical expertise to overcome complex challenges.
- Engage with stakeholders at all levels to ensure solutions meet functional and non-functional requirements.
- Review developer designs to ensure alignment with desired architecture.
- Establish automated deployment pipelines for efficient delivery.
- Stay abreast of industry trends to enhance internal delivery processes and promote innovation.
- Provide guidance on future projects to continue the company's digital transformation journey.
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
- +7 years' experience customizing & configuring MS Dynamics 365.
- +3 years' experience with the Power Platform.
- Extensive knowledge of Dynamics 365 in a business context.
- Experience leading teams to deliver Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Proficiency in people management and customer research.
- Strong understanding of MS Dynamics CRM technologies.
- History of authoring analysis, design, and solutions documents.
- Ability in requirements analysis and estimation.
- Excellent relationship and interpersonal skills.
- Effective communication with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency in Datamodelling techniques and tools.
- Experience with Azure DevOps source control and automated deployment.
