East Midlands
£50-55 p/hour

My Local Authority client in the East Midlands, is seeking an experienced Town Planner who has experience of leading a team or signing off applications. The role mainly involves managing a small team of 4 planners checking and signing off reports liaising with members, attending team meetings planning committee and working pro-actively in a period of transformation. The role also includes managing a caseload of medium to complex planning applications, Dealing with customer enquiries appeals Reporting to the DM Manager.The role can be worked fairly remotely, however site visits are to be expected.
