This newly created Management Accountant role will form a key part of the Finance team for an exciting private equity backed hospitality brand paying £50,000 to £60,000 depending on experience and currently operating a 3 day a week in the office with a Discretionary bonus. Located in Central London.

Role

This Management Accountant Role will join the Financial Controller to help the private equity backed hospitality company further grow the finance function, support on establishing new processes and line manage one direct report. Key responsibilities include:

• Manage the P&L and balance sheet to produce accurate monthly management accounts
• Month end reporting including variance analysis to budget
• Provide cost analysis to general managers and answer questions on monthly packs
• Support the bettering of monthly finance systems and processes
• Review of accounts assistant's outputs including accruals, prepayments, and fixed asset register
• Assist with yearly and half yearly audit queries
• Assist with general finance team tasks including VAT returns and reviewing bank payments
• Ad hoc projects

Profile

The Management Accountant Role for this hospitality brand is ideally looking for:

• ACA/ACCA qualified
• Multi-cite industry experience preferred
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Proactive and hands-on achiever with good attention to detail

Salary & Benefits

Salary is benchmarked between £50,000 - £60,000 depending on experience. Additionally, there is a Discretionary bonus and hybrid working of 3 days in the office.
