Introduction

We are looking for our next best sales executive who want to take the opportunity in front of them. Our new sales exec will be joining one of the fastest growing and innovative teams within Gallagher. Our new sales exec needs to be strong willed and determined to make their mark!

Working up and down the UK we have a number of partners and lead generating systems to help secure strong meetings that lead to great opportunities.

Industry experience is helpful but not required. Ideally our new sales exec comes with some contacts of IT manager and IT leaders.

How you'll make an impact

Identify and research prospective clients, follows up on sales calls, maintains and updates a prospect database and tries to drive interest. May refer new business to Producers, or may close sales themselves. Primary responsibility is to identify less complex new business opportunities, determine appropriate products/services to offer, and provide pre-sales support for Producers.

About you

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree and 1 year related experience required. Strong working knowledge of potential clients and the insurance brokerage business.

Preferred:

• Professional designation may be preferred, including CEBS, CPCU, CIC or ARM.

Behaviors

• Solid analytical skills necessary to make decisions and resolve issues inherent in handling claims. Able to plan and organize activities and workload and respond to multiple demands. Good verbal and written communications skills.
