Job title: Commercial Property Partner

Salary: £70,000-£88,000

PQE Level: 10+ PQE

You will be joining a well respected regional firm, working with the commercial property team. The department has quality work and clients , committed and require someone at the senior level to take on an existing caseload, working with established independents to large corporates.

In the Real Estate team, you will be responsible for:

• A caseload of complex real estate work
• Researching relevant laws and previous cases of interest to provide clients with accurate advice across a variety of sectors
• Keeping up to date regarding new developments in the law.
• Building strong relationships with the firm's client base.

To be considered for this role you will:

• Have a background as a Partner already or be at the senior associate level and looking to progress
• Have excellent communication and client care skills
• Have a record of impressive Client-facing exposure
• A desire and willingness to assist in business development and marketing
