Responsibilities of the role
- Support the Care Marketing Manager in the creation, deployment and management of Debt and Collections campaigns across our customer base.

- Manage copy and content approvals with internal teams including Operations, Legal and Compliance.
- Build and deploy email communications using our internal CRM tool.
- Brief, manage and optimise letter communications with our external print and fulfilment partner.
- Ensure that all communications and new customer journeys are joined up across other care communications, marketing campaigns and other activities across the Marketing team and wider business.

- Experience using a marketing CRM platform and managing data, ideally working with HTML.
- Copywriting, including an understanding of tone of voice and management of feedback particularly legal and compliance.
