Join our team as an E-Biker, where you'll play a crucial role in our eco-friendly delivery and collection operations.

This hybrid position involves using electric bikes and driving various vehicles. The foldable E-Bike ensures efficient deliveries and collections. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, planning safe travel routes, and ensuring timely deliveries. Success as a Europcar E-Biker requires fitness, knowledge of road safety, and exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.

A full, valid clean driving licence with a minimum of 4 years of driving experience is essential.

Operating hours are Monday to Friday (0800-1800) and Saturday (0800-1300), offering a great work-life balance with no evening work or Sundays required.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Complete deliveries and collections of our vehicles over specified locations as per the delivery instructions provided by the office team
• Ensure the safety of yourself, pedestrians, and other road users while navigating delivery routes
• Carefully planning safe cycle travel routes to ensure you are complying with road safety regulations
• Obtaining customer's signatures upon completion of each delivery and collection to confirm receipt of the vehicle
• Maintaining an accurate record of cars being delivered to our customer via our delivery and collection mobile application
• Perform basic maintenance on the E-Bike and report any issues promptly
• Regularly communicating with the office team to provide delivery and collection updates and receive remote instructions for new tasks.
