PERSON SPECIFICATION – English Teacher
• Must have UK QTS!
• You must have a strong understanding of the English curriculum
• Must be able to work effectively with a team of English Teachers
• Excellent record of feedback / observations / performance management required
• Ability to raise standards of achievement and drive improvement
• Forward thinking and ambitious
