Fixed term appointment for the 2024-25 academic year
1 September 2024 – 5 July 2025
Mondays – Fridays during term time, 38 hours per week
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic person to join our passionate team of support staff in our Prep School. You will be committed to ensuring every child reaches their potential through your child-centred approach, and you will be proactive in seeking self-development whilst also working effectively within a team.
You will undertake a range of duties throughout our Lower and Upper Prep School (and possibly some work in our Nursery Pre School Room), which may include; help with playground supervision and teaching playground games, office/administration duties, help with guided reading groups and listening to individual children read, and supporting practical lessons such as Art, DT and Music.
You will have good team working and communication skills, the ability to respect confidentiality, understand the importance of protecting data, and be resourceful and self-directed with a flexible approach.
Benefits include a salary of £12,823 per annum (based on an 18-20 year old joining us), the option of joining our pension scheme, free use of the School’s gym and swimming pool, and free lunch during term time.
