Job description
- General Manager of a contract catering operation.
- To oversee high volume daily catering and events.
- The General Manager will be required to lead and develop a large team.
- The General Manager will ensure exceptional standards are delivered at all times.

The Requirements
- The successful applicant will already be a proven General Manager and/or Catering Manager
- Quality high volume independent school contract catering experience.
- A passionate foodie with an eye for detail.
- General Manager experience of high volume and quality service operations.
- A strategic leader that can manage a complex multifaceted operation.
