HEAD OF RELIGIOUS EDUCATION
Main Pay Range (£30,000-£41,333) or Upper Pay Range (£43,266-£46,525) plus TLR 2.2 £5,351
Neale Wade Academy, a member of the Active Learning Trust, is an improving school which aspires to provide the best education for the local community. We want our department to be a driving force towards this aspiration.
We are looking to appoint an inspirational RE teacher to lead the successful and supportive team at Neale Wade Academy. A lack of leadership experience is not a barrier for us, we want to appoint an individual who is a problem solver and keen to be part of an exciting improvement journey. The scope for an ambitious individual to thrive in this environment is tangible.
It is imperative that we ensure our pupils access a curriculum which is relevant and ambitious throughout their journey at Neale Wade Academy. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is ambitious and wants to work collaboratively with our partner ALT secondary schools to develop a curriculum that can further improve GCSE and A Level outcomes.
