The successful Internal Communications Manager will be responsible for;

• Developing and implementing an internal communications strategy.
• Managing internal communications channels, such as intranet and email newsletters; communicating to hard-to-reach employees.
• Working closely with various departments to ensure consistency in messaging.
• Creating engaging content for internal communication purposes.
• Organising company-wide events and announcements.
• Monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of internal communications.
