The is a rare opportunity for a Clinical Negligence Lawyer to join an established full-service law firm on a largely remote basis, working from home up to four days per week.
The firm welcomes applications from qualified solicitors, legal executives and experienced paralegals.
The role has come to market due to organic expansion, evidencing the direction of growth for the team and confidence of the firm in expanding its services in personal injury.
In addition to a market-leading homeworking policy, you will also have access to flexitime, supporting your personal commitments and any caregiving responsibilities you may have, as well as shortening your commute on the day you are in office.
You will be responsible for running a caseload of about 50-60 clinical negligence claims, setting out the roadmap of case direction and advising on medical and legal issues. You’ll have the opportunity to flex your leadership muscles in taking on some light supervisory responsibility for more junior team members – so the role also comes with bags of progression potential.
The team is established in the market and therefore works for several market leaders in the space.
The firm has multiple accreditations, including Investors in People and Lexcel, and has been recognised in the Legal 500.
