Job description

Actaris Site Services is looking for a Resident Liaison Officer in Portsmouth.

Experience: Ideally, we are looking for candidates with experience working already as an RLO or TLO with experience in accommodation refurbishments.

Project length: 1 year work

You must have a full UK driving license.

Job Type: Full-time

Rate: £30,000 + Benefits

Schedule: 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday.

Specification:

• Strong Computer literacy skills
• Ability to work within a construction environment with knowledge of on-site operations.
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work on own initiative and as a team
• Have a UK driving license and be able to drive
