The Technical Support Engineer role seeks a proactive and adaptable individual to play a pivotal role within the Managed Services department. This position offers a diverse range of responsibilities and the chance to contribute significantly to a customer-focused approach.

 

Role Summary:

 

The Technical Support Engineer will play a crucial part in providing remote and on-site support to esteemed customers. Based in Cheltenham, this role will involve travel to customer sites, requiring an Enhanced DBS check. Responsibilities include installing and maintaining telephony systems, network infrastructure, proactive/reactive maintenance, managing support tickets, and ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Contributing to procedural documentation and enhancing the knowledgebase will be fundamental.
