Are you an experienced Payroll and Benefits professional looking for a new opportunity in the hospitality industry?
Our client is seeking a highly skilled and detail–oriented individual to join their team as a Payroll and Benefits Supervisor. If you are passionate about payroll administration, employee benefits, and creating a positive work environment, then this could be the perfect role for you.
Key responsibilities:
Take the lead role in managing the relationship with the outsouced payroll provider, to ensure efficient and accurate production of payroll results, payslips etc.
Maintain and update payroll records, including salary adjustments, bonus payments, and tax withholdings
Support the end–to–end pensions administration including leavers, changes, monthly, quarterly and annual returns
Collaborate with HR to ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations
Handle employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and other related matter
Administer the company's employee benefits programme, including enrolment, changes, and terminations
Monitor and analyse payroll and benefit trends, making recommendations for process improvements as needed
Desired skills and qualifications:
Strong technical payroll skills and up to date knowledge of payroll legislation
Experience of running large payrolls
Previous experience of large Payroll software platforms
Experience of administering, reporting and reconciling pension schemes
Knowledge of pension scheme administration preferably including LGPS or DB schemes
