This independent London based out company working nationally and is known for its prompt and flawless delivery, especially in live environments.

The project is for an existing refurbishment for the university with 3 site mangers and 1 X QS to manage over the next 3 months

The Role:

This is a site–based role working on 2 laboratories for the university Reporting to the Contracts Manager who will be on site 2 days a week so you will be the programmes and client facing lead for the scheme.

Duties :

• Managing site safety
• Coating RAMS/paperwork
• Ensuring quality/QC
• Weekly/daily site meetings with team
• Inductions
• Upgrades to programs/sub–contractor's coordination
• 2 weeks look ahead/short term planning programming
• Keeping site diaries

The ideal candidate will have high tech lab or Hospital fit–out experience in very high levels of spec and will be able to manage live environments and busy 24–hour construction sites throughout the South of England.

The Person:

ideally you will have fit out experience government framework refurbishments and fit outs in the past along with a time served trades background / ideally carpentry background and have up to date ,SMSTS,CSCS and first aid and live within a commutable distance from Portsmouth
