Are you a Recruitment Consultant looking for an opportunity to develop a career in a business that will give you a great work life balance, uncapped commission and bonus scheme?
RecruitME is based in the heart of Grantham and our office hours are 8.30 am to 5pm with an early finish on Fridays.

As we grow, we’re recruiting for experienced full service Recruitment Consultants and can offer a competitive basic with uncapped commission, a bonus scheme, additional leave and flexible working offering a great work life balance.
You can earn commission from day one with a First Year OTE of circa £50k (though we'd like you to go higher!)
The successful full service Recruitment Consultant will join a warm desk, with existing business and clients to work on, giving you the chance to maximise your earning potential from day one.
However, you will also be keen to win new business and developing your own network, whilst sourcing, headhunting and screening high-quality candidates.

About You:
• Min 12 months minimum recruitment agency experience would be ideal
• Outgoing, social and confident
• Ability to work autonomously but also as part of a dynamic and diverse small team
• Thrives in a busy, fast-paced environment
• Enjoys building and maintaining strong relationships
What you'll need to succeed:
• Eager to achieve high earnings
• Drive, enthusiasm and sales focussed mindset
• Get up and go mentality
• Be an absolute killer on the telephone and in meetings
Above all, as an Recruitment Consultant, you will need sales ability, tenacity, a strong work ethic and the drive to succeed.
