Job description

Ashley Kate HR are partnering with their client on an interim  Employee Relations opportunity.

Reporting to the Head of HR you will be an experienced operational Employee Advisor who will support the HR function in providing practical, solution focussed advice on general HR and People matter with a strong background in supporting managers with Employee Relations and case work. You must have a proven background working on Employee Relations cases up to a complex level and have a proven background in TUPE, restructure and change projects.

You need to be available to start immediately and comfortable with a 12 month FTC

Salary up to £40k - Hybrid working

Employee Relations Advisor- About you.

You will act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, providing guidance and support on employee relations issues, including but not limited to disciplinary actions, grievances, performance management, and conflict resolution.
Conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints or concerns, ensuring a fair and impartial process and providing recommendations for resolution.
Develop and implement employee relations policies and procedures, keeping them up to date with changes in legislation and best practices.
Provide training and support to managers on effective employee relations practices, including conducting difficult conversations and managing performance issues.
Collaborate with HR Business Partners and other stakeholders to identify trends and pro actively address potential employee relations issues.
Maintain accurate records of employee relations cases and outcomes, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
