Ashley Kate HR are partnering with their client on an interim Employee Relations opportunity. Reporting to the Head of HR you will be an experienced operational Employee Advisor who will support the HR function in providing practical, solution focussed advice on general HR and People matter with a strong background in supporting managers with Employee Relations and case work. You must have a proven background working on Employee Relations cases up to a complex level and have a proven background in TUPE, restructure and change projects. You need to be available to start immediately and comfortable with a 12 month FTC Salary up to £40k - Hybrid working Employee Relations Advisor- About you. You will act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, providing guidance and support on employee relations issues, including but not limited to disciplinary actions, grievances, performance management, and conflict resolution.
