Job description
Permanent Based either in Rugby, Warwickshire or London - hybrid, 2 days from home Monday to Friday - 37.5hrs per week up to £40,000pa Our client, a successful and supportive membership association, are looking for a Member Experience Manager to guarantee their membership offer is extremely high quality, ensuring membership growth, satisfaction and retention.
The key responsibilities:
- Ensuring the global member bases receives the highest level of service and satisfaction to ensure retention, loyalty and advocacy
- Developing operational plans and comprehensive onboarding processes
- Working across various departments to ensure seamless customer service
- Identifying and analysing insights and feedback to identify new services, products, campaigns and initiatives to aid membership growth
- Analysing and interpreting data on member experience
The minimum requirements: - Educated to degree level with at least 5 years' professional experience
- Experience in a customer experience related role - excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge or experience of membership associations
- Excellent communication, both verbal and written (inc. copywriting skills)
- CX/UX Experience
The ideal candidate: - An active listener that can take on board and represent others' views
- Ability to multitask and actively manage multiple projects
- Ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders
