Seasonal Field Operatives – The Lettuce Company Ltd
No experience required; full training provided. G’s is an incredibly exciting place to work at the forefront of modern farming and food distribution, working with the biggest food retail brands in the UK and Europe. As a Seasonal Field Operative, you could work on any part of the growing, harvesting and packing operations or alternatively supporting with other general warehouse duties; each role has an important part to play in ensuring all our products meet the supermarket standards. We are looking for individuals who enjoy working as part of a team in a dynamic environment to help us deliver our G’s promise of supplying fresh produce that delights our customers every day. We have a friendly and welcoming site where everyone works together in achieving our targets, whilst keeping each other safe. The Seasonal Field Operative role involves working in a multinational team with varied shift patterns, including day shifts, night shifts and across 7 days per week.
